1 gallon apple cider
2-3 cinnamon sticks (or ~1 Tbsp ground)
4-5 whole allspice (or ~1 tsp ground)
4-5 whole cloves (or ~1 tsp ground)
Dash each of ground nutmeg and ginger
Spoonful brown sugar
Simmer apple cider and spices for > 2 hours until a decent amount of volume has evaporated
Let cool and add desired amount of alcohol: about 2:1 cider to everclear or 1:1 with vodka.
