2 tbps butter
2 tbps flour
1 1/3 cup milk
Salt
Pepper
Dash of garlic powder
1 lb italian sausage
1 can cream of mushroom
10 buttermilk biscuits
Melt butter and add flour
Cook 1 min
Slowly add milk
Add seasoning, sausage, and cream of mushroom (don't drain grease from sausage)
Cook on medium heat and stir constantly until thick and bubbly
Serve over biscuits
