Ingredients:

• 2 tbps butter

• 2 tbps flour

• 1 1/3 cup milk

• Salt

• Pepper

• Dash of garlic powder

• 1 lb italian sausage

• 1 can cream of mushroom

• 10 buttermilk biscuits

Instructions:

1. 1. Melt butter and add flour

   2. Cook 1 min

   3. Slowly add milk

   4. Add seasoning, sausage, and cream of mushroom (don't drain grease from sausage)

   5. Cook on medium heat and stir constantly until thick and bubbly

   6. Serve over biscuits

   7. Enjoy
