2 8oz blocks of cream cheese
1 can of your preferred chili
1 8oz block of pepper jack cheese
Shred block cheese and cube cream cheese (the smaller the cubes the better) before adding to a large sauce pan with the chili
Heat on medium until all cheese is melted and incorporated, stirring regularly
Enjoy
Alternatively, do all of that but in the microwave. Feel free to substitute block cheese for any other good melting cheese.
