Garlic oil (can substitute for other oil but add minced garlic if so)
Yellow onion
Sun-dried tomato (realistically any small cherry sized tomato will work)
DRY white wine
Heavy cream
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Paprika
I haven’t used a measuring cup in years so good luck soldiers.
Cook down the onion (and the garlic if you are using another oil) until it’s soft on low - medium heat. BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO BURN.
Lower heat and add in tomatoes.
Cook until color changes on the tomatoes.
Once that happens add the wine.
Cook down until you can’t smell wine anymore.
Once you can’t smell wine, add cream + seasoning.
Heat cream.
Blend in blender and If it looks too runny, let cook down until cream thickens it up.
Serve and enjoy
I prefer it over wild rice, but it can be used for so much.
